Spirit (Paraavis), Quest (Atmogear) for Russia. Quest is just a H/C, you have to stuff it with canopies from another manufacturer I think; Spirit comes as a full package.

Top Flyer from Weckbecker isn't a Tandem Rig, but Performance Variable will still make the Omega Tandem

Back in 1987, I made one jump on a Tandem Topflyer built by Weckbecker. I thought the harness was very comfortable, the (Parachutes de France) Galaxy 400 main, "ho hum," but I directed a lot of profanity towards the guy who packed the drogue (inside joke).
Weckbecker only built a few tandem rigs before he died.

Sorry Rob, Weckbecker is still alive and sitting in Italy now. He had built the PIT Container (I,II,III, IV, IVs,V) but never a Tandem.
The Top Flyer was built by FROHWEIN/GLOSE and GLOSE is dead. If you had ever jumped one of these, it wasn't certified by any ACO in Europa or USA. so I think we better take this out.

Isn't there a NEW ZEALAND Tandem? "Hope-Tandem" or so?

You are correct: Top Flyer Tandems were built by Glose, but he died many years ago.
My memory has slipped over the last twenty years.

HOP makes tandem main canopies, but I have not heard about them building entire tandem systems.

Sunrise Rigging also makes a tandem version of their WINGS container.

It was displayed at the Tactical Parachute Deployment Systems (TPDS) booth at PIA 2007. (Retired American Special Forces Sargent) Chuck Blue explained that Finnish SF soldiers already use Military Wings containers and TPDS was trying to sell a tandem version to them.

TPDS was formed in 2006 to combine the harness/container expertise of Sunrise with the canopy expertise of Precision and Chuck Blue contributing sweat equity as a test jumper.

Mind you, the only difference between a Wings configured for heavy bundle drops and tandem is the student harness.
