We all do things that others consider crazy. I consider golf crazy. Hitting a little ball into a little hole? Who the hell does that, and why??

Others think things I do are crazy. Skydiving. Running, etc.

You know what? In the end, I only have to answer to me, and to the people I love. And if the people I love can't understand why I do the things I do, then I try to explain it to them, and hope that they'll understand. I would never expect them to do it with me, but I would hope that they would understand.

So that being said... I have to do this in 2008. I'm sorry. I simply have to.

I like golf. It's not about the little ball or the little hole. It's about shwacking the hell out of something and watching it fly. Over and over again.



I'm not so much into putting, though. Chipping still has an element of jolity, however. It's like giving the ball a little kick in the bootie.
