ACMESkydiver 0 #1 December 20, 2007 I mean so someone would have to have a password or something to view it? I don't know anything about YouTube... I want to figure out how to post Joe's retirement video so his buddies in Afghanistan and his family in Dallas and everywhere else can view it...but not random people. Is that possible? ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action.

ACMESkydiver 0 #3 December 20, 2007 It has the full names of all of our family in it...so I'm not keen on posting it publicly. ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action.
Icon134 0 #4 December 20, 2007 Quote Is that possible? I don't know about youtube but I would be happy to host it in a password protected folder on my website... though it wouldn't be as accessable as youtube... Also my brother just told me about GoogleDocs... which might work as well...Livin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife...

psipike02 0 #6 December 20, 2007 Once you're done uploading it, if you scroll down to "Broadcast Options" You can make it Private instead of Public. In doing so, you can invite up to 25 people to view it.Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----
BIGUN 1,053 #7 December 20, 2007 If you’d like to make sure your video(s) are seen only by the people you hand-pick, you should set your video to “Private”. Here’s how: Log in and go to “My Videos” (http://youtube.com/my_videos). Click the “Edit Video Info” button beside the video in question. Scroll down to the Broadcast section and select the “Private” option. Be sure to then select the specific contact list you want to see the video. If a list is too large, select the individuals with whom you'd like to share the video. When using lists, always double-check to be sure the contact list you select includes only the people you want to see that video. Check your Contact Lists (http://youtube.com/my_friends). Click the “Update Video Info” button. Source: http://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/answer.py?answer=59208 Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
