what riggers seal symbols are these?

You can get the seal number if you have the name, but I don't think there is a way to search for a seal number on the web. A call to the FSDO or GADO should do the trick, but that might drag the FAA into a problem when there isn't a problem.

I wouldn't contact the FAA about anything unless you absolutely had to.
