what riggers seal symbols are these?

anyone know a rigger with the seal symbol IOV or ND2?one is in apple valley, ca and the other in ventura(?) ca.no problems or anything ,just curious who these individuals are.

You can get the seal number if you have the name, but I don't think there is a way to search for a seal number on the web. A call to the FSDO or GADO should do the trick, but that might drag the FAA into a problem when there isn't a problem.

I wouldn't contact the FAA about anything unless you absolutely had to.
