He's pretty good with sitting with treats on his toes and not taking them until I say he can! -17oC. That's what it is here on the ground right now. Can't wait for spring. Herc will sit with a treat on his muzzle too. It's quite funny when he's crosseyed and drooling! But it only lasts as long as his head is up - once it starts to drop, the treat goes down! I get Herc to lay down and put a treat on each front paw and then tell him to wait. He'll sit there FOREVER until I say "okay".
