The last that I knew, Strong Enterprises had the rights to the Hobbit reserve. You might try contacting them.

I managed to find my hard copy that I haven't used in 24 years. I'll mail you a hard copy if you want. I may be able to scan it tomorrow and send you jpeg images. Not sure if I can convert a scan or not. Don't think I ever have but I do have full Acrobat at work.

There's a loft a few hours away. I know the rigger will photocopy the manual and send it to me.
