Let us not forget about Casu marzu;

Casu marzu (also called casu modde, casu cundhídu, or in Italian formaggio marcio) is a cheese found in Sardinia, Italy, notable for being riddled with live insect larvae. Casu marzu means "rotten cheese" in Sardinian and is known colloquially as maggot cheese.

Now go out and give me your oppinion on THAT.

I know, I am just as bad at spelling French as I am at speaking it (which is to say, I don't speak it at all).
And if a wanted some tartufo, Alba is just about an hour's drive from home. :P:PB|

I'll have to see how expensive those are online. Just renewed my CH passport yesterday and was thinking that I shouldn't have eaten so much cheese the day before because my new pic looks a bit plump as compared to the one 8 yrs ago:D
