Yep, or as we instructed in the Air Force, you "dress for egress".Wonder how the other services taught it?
ltdiver 3 #7 March 29, 2008 Ouch! The only good thing about almost being frozen is that it -might- have made his dislocated shoulder hurt a bit less. Can't even imagine hiking in that deep of snow with it, though!! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

christoofar 0 #10 March 29, 2008 Ouch those Xrays look like my old dislocated shoulder which came out in freefall. I have to tell you, steering a reserve and learning how to flare a parachute with one working arm makes you feel AWESOME when you get down on the ground--you don't notice the dislocated shoulder pain for a good solid.... oh at least 40 minutes. I'm sure he was pretty cognizant and not even aware of the temps or the pain for at least a short while... but after that DAYUM that would have sucked. Frozen balls and an anterior dislocation gotta suck! ____________________________________________________________ I'm RICK JAMES! Fo shizzle.
