Royd 0 #3 May 24, 2008 I thought it was Cheryl Crow doing that. They do sound a lot alike. A unique sound, but not one that would make me drop what I was doing to go see who was singing.

If she sounds like someone else, would that by default mean it's NOT UniqueYou are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS! How's yours doing? happythoughts 0 #6 May 24, 2008 I listened to 3 of her songs. I am ok with her voice, but that club-dance beat-track is the exact same one. (I don't know, maybe there is only one.) She should have re-recorded the songs as the originals. That way, they sound a little different from each other. Her mix of the songs made her sound like every other dance music singer instead of making her own sound.
Maximo 0 #7 May 24, 2008 Cascada usually sounds better after she's remixed. (i.e. DJ Tiesto et. al.)

parachutist 1 #10 May 25, 2008 QuoteLike this one? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UCzz4_FPbug&feature=related Well, here's a Tiesto mix.... it's weird watching the video though. Thousands of people are staying in one place, looking at the stage, and listening to techno. What is that? Generation gap or something? I'd expect a big dance floor with occasional audience recognition of the DJ when he mixes something fantastic... then back to dancing. Standing around watching the DJ just seems odd. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PN7GROjrAlc&feature=related
