At least you didn't pull a Peter Griffin, and lock yourself inside your truck with the keys outside. ...or worse....pull into a parking lot, with the turn signal stuck "on" and a full tank of gas! freefallfreak 0 #27 June 14, 2008 QuoteAll my keys were on that ring. House, Jeep, work etc. No, I don't have a spare. How did you get into your house to get to your puter to log on here? Methinks possibly a troll has been at work. TripleF "Upon seeing the shadow of a pigeon, one must resist the urge to look up."
ifall 0 #28 June 14, 2008 Yeah, you got me, I was trolling.I was at home already, been inside and all that. I have a spare house key too, hidden somewhere. I have a laptop as well that is with me a lot since I work in IT. I have a wireless connection and even if I didn't a lot of people in my neighborhood don't know what "secure" means. Maybe you shouldn't skim posts and actually read the whole thing once in a while. I stated I've been trying to fix something on this truck and was looking for something I needed that I thought might be in it.
freefallfreak 0 #29 June 14, 2008 Believe me, I read it all. You didn't state that you were in the house or that you had a spare key. You also didn't state that you had a laptop with wireless connection with you. I've been around here long enough to know to read throughly. So it sounds like trolling. Make yourself clear when you post so people don't think what I thought. TripleF "Upon seeing the shadow of a pigeon, one must resist the urge to look up." ifall 0 #30 June 14, 2008 I was perfectly clear about my situation in the first post. Other people understood what I said and actually offered good advice. Sorry you couldn't understand it. Believe what you want but it seems clear to me here who the troll is.
mnealtx 0 #31 June 14, 2008 If I was going to work on my truck, I would have to go into the house first to get the supplies and tools. If I'm working in my driveway, I wouldn't lock the door to the house before I started working on the truck... Mike I love you, Shannon and Jim.
