I saw a guy on my hs football team do it a couple years back. he said it felt great... then about a min later he ran out of the locker room stuffed one of the hoses from the watering station down his pants and stood there for about 2 mins running cold water over his sack. millertime24 8 #23 August 15, 2008 I just purchased a yellow bottle of GB to try and DAYUM!! I have to now say I'm a convert. It made running during PT so much more comfortable this morning and the cool tingly feeling is nice too. DO NOT, however, PUT THIS STUFF ON WHILE YOUR SACK IS STILL WET OUT OF THE SHOWER!!! It makes it feel like nuclear winter down there (or like dry ice on your balls) and takes about 15min to wear off. Other than that its really great stuff and Ill never go a day without it.
