quade 3 #28 October 18, 2008 QuoteNot exactly SCIFI, but the worst movie of all time was something like ATTACK OF THE KILLER CHERRY TOMATOES or something close to that. Yep, close; "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes." An old friend of mine, Gordon Goodwin, did the music for that. You could see the wheels under the tomatoe and sometimes the rope they were pulling it with. Terrible acting. We used to watch it once a year at the UT Student Union. Oh, I dunno... ATTACK OF THE KILLER BIMBOS was just as bad or maybe worse. And one of our own was a co-star in it! Look it up. Mike Muscat, crwdog from Perris and oft-published author in Parachutist and Skydiving magazines, part-time actor and part-time clown/entertainer. He has had some interesting bit parts in movies and TV shows, but always seems to have the seedy mall cop or security guard roles down pat. PeregrineFalcon 0 #30 October 18, 2008 Dune I kept hearing good things about it and on 5 occassions I tried to watch it. I couldn't get past the first 10 minutes. Tron Even as a kid, I knew that movie blew. Nick Fury: Agent of Shield Starring David Hasselhoff. I don't know if it really was a Sci-fi flick because I turned it off after 5 minutes, but Shield is supposed to be a lot of science fiction. Flash Gordon "We better get out of this space craft before she blows!" Then they casually step out and calmly stroll around looking for stuff. WTF? philly51 0 #31 October 18, 2008 Worst Sci Fi movie would have to be "Plan Nine From Outer Space" by Ed Wood. Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, Shouting "...holy shit...what a ride!" LadiDadi 0 #46 October 26, 2008 I'm not a sci-fi fan so I don't know if this movie falls into the category precisely or not. I just thought of it today - Running Man. Also, does anyone remember that movie called Solar Babies? The one with the kids on roller skates playing some hockey sort of game and trying to escape the evil overlords (or whatevers) across the desert - on roller skates. That's about as bad as it gets, I think...If you can't laugh at yourself, I'll be happy to do it for you. **************************** Be like the cupcake and suck it up. Oh, and I find people either love or hate: The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension Love it! I believe it was Across the 5th Dimension, but yeah I loved that shit. Although it wasn't a comedy, does anybody remember the movie The Black Hole? I never see it on TV anywhere anytime. I saw it in the late 70s or early 80s. I can't remember when it was made, but Maximilian Schell, Anthony Perkins (of Psycho fame), Robert Forster and Ernest Borgnine starred in it. I guess it had to be bad if it's never shown anymore... The Black Hole was a Disney production. I thought it was so-so____________________________________ I'm back in the USA!!
zoobrothertom 5 #49 October 26, 2008 I love the movie (Evil Dead III) Army of Darkness. The first one was a basically a home made movie. The second one was in the same location as the first but upgraded. #2 ended with the door sucking Ashe in the introduction of #3 (falling from the sky with his chainsaw hand, car and shotgun). #3 was by far the better one. Fucking hilarious!!____________________________________ I'm back in the USA!!
