A Good Bar in Austin TX

I am in Austin for three days (14-17th jan) from the UK and am looking for a good bar/diner to hang out in after sundown, any suggestions

Anywhere on 6th Street! Start on one end and work your way to the other..... The Aquarium, Wave, Mooseknuckle.....too many to mention.........enjoy amigo.

If you're not into the 6th street thing, the Ginger Man on 4th is pretty chill. Also, the Draught House on Medical Pkwy, and Crown and Anchor on San Jacinto are among my favorites.

I was visiting over Christmas, 6th street was great. Personal favorite was Pete's Dueling Piano Bar (http://www.petesduelingpianobar.com/), live music and very entertaining!

Actually, allure is a place for freaks but it is more of a private club.
