If possible, just buy and SD card for it. You can get 8gigs for 40 bucks and that will easily hold 1000 songs.

I just sold my HTC Mogul PDA... it was just waayyyyy too much for me. However, you should have a usb cable that you can connect to your computer, once it's connected if you've downloaded the software, your music player should recognize your phone and give you an option to click and drag the songs to your phone.... that's how windows media worked for me at least. Like the person above said though, if you don't have a memory card in it yet, you'll want to get one... that way you'll be able to store wayyyyy more than if you were using the (probably) very small card it came with, or no card at all.

Well, I do appreciate the advice, but I have over 3000 songs--I'm guessing the SD card would be a bit more heavy on the pennies.
