flygirl1 0 #26 February 26, 2009 I had 2 pet garter snakes that escaped from their cage when I was a kid. I didn't know where they were until I heard this ear piercing scream coming from my room. Apparently they like to hide in sock drawers until the cleaning lady goes to put the laundry away then they get startled and jump out . henryvillar 0 #40 February 27, 2009 My Boa spent more time out of its terrarium than in. It used to love hiding behind drawers and also learned how to climb curtains and chill on the rail. Was quite awesome to watch the snake climb the loose fabric curtain! The first time it climbed I didn't find it until a few days later when it let its tail hang down a bit. LisaH 0 #47 March 9, 2009 Snake sighting!! After 2 weeks; I woke up this morning to all three of my cats staring under the dresser. Sure enough, there she is behind it. I can't get to her yet because she is half in a drawer and half out. After a few hours, cats got bored until there is a crackling sound. Hmmm.. what the heck?
