Typically dealing with the South African branch of Parachute Systems has been a cause of many headaches, but Louis (the local US rep) has done nothing but bend over backwards for me to get some stuff I needed in a huge hurry. Just wanted to say thanks and let anyone out there with Vortex/Hurricane/Decelrators in the USA that I highly recommend dealing with Louis if you need anything done.
