NASA TV

Recommended Posts

So, STS 125 will be landing in California, and I'm tracking on NASA TV here:
http://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/nasatv/index.html

They're 2000 miles out, and 20 minutes from landing...how's that for F-A-S-T!! B|B|B|
So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh
Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright
'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life
Make light!

I'm a bit too far to the North, Jim. Probably by about 30 miles. I was in Paso Robles yesterday - I reckon they heard it there.

I've heard the boom probably ten times in the past when I was living in the LA area and Santa Barbara.

My wife is hotter than your wife.

a few years ago the timing was right that I got to see the ionized trail the shuttle left across the sky over TX for one of the night landings.

about 45sec from horizon to horizon with a bright trail left the whole way. was very cool

Oh, you are not as much a Dork as I... We drove down last night and stayed at Tehachapi.... Checked the NASA Site and we were right on the moneyB|

I've wanted to see it in person for over 20 years.. We also really wanted our son to see it...

Once the plane takes off, you're gonna have to land - Might as well jump out!!
