I don't watch or care about this show. but you can't help but hear about them in the media. so i was watching last nites episode of american chopper on the tivo this morning. the guys are building a bike for the dad and he's touring the showroom and looking at all the bikes. while standing in front of the " black widow" bike and you have to listen carefully but he say's " that's HER bike the black widow" OH SNAP! bet he got his ass chewed for that comment and not in a good way

i have on occasion been accused of pulling low . My response. Naw I wasn't low I'm just such a big guy I look closer than I really am .

I don’t care for the show either (waaaay too many kids), but their personal drama has spilled over all the media outlets so I can’t help but find myself “following” the drama. One more wrecked marriage by one of the partner’s inability to keep it in his/her pants – where’s the story? It happens every day …

I think he gets his ass chewed by her on a regular basis no matter what- she'd find something wrong if he told her good morning. She is not a nice person. I haven't seen more than 5 minutes of the show total but all she seems to do is put him down, bark orders at him and the kids, whine about how hard her life is then pat herself on the back for being such a great mom. Whatever ...............

I don't condone infidelity in any way, but these people put themselves into the public spotlight and have to live with the consequences. I don't have much sympathy for either one of them. I do feel sorry for the kids since they had no choice in the matter.

I think they BOTH are annoying and not in their right minds. She's a control freak and he's a cheater. The show has very little context. "Oh we play hide and seek- let's cover this for the next 20 minutes" How boring. No wonder they started some drama.

Good point! You've got to wonder- did they deliberately start up this drama because Octomom the other mega family were stealing their thunder?

I hope he gets out for his sanity and so the kids don't grow up thinking the way they interact is normal.

i think everyone is right to a certain extent. they both have 8 kids (so what if he's younger than she is) - they're both under a lot of pressure. yes, she is a control freak - yet she kinda has to be that way to take care of 8 kids.

Seriously, if you have seen even one episode of this show, you'd be giving Jon a little more credit. True, he is like a 32-year old kid. BUT...she is the most controlling, obsessive, whiny, spoiled BITCH i have ever seen. Honestly, I think she should be grateful that all he did was cheat...if i was him, they'd be hunting me down for murder.

Then again, i tend to seriously scorn "high-maintenance" women, and she's as high-maintenance as they come.

Oh, and she cheated, too.

i agree, she's a bitch. that pisses me off is that they are jumping to divorce without first taking the step of getting the fucking cameras out of their lives and getting some marriage counsilling. every time i see the show they (mostly kate) say over and over that everything is for the kids. i'm throwing the bullshit flag on that one. if it was really all about the kids, they would do all they could do before throwing in the towel on their marriage. as far as i am concerned, as long as the cameras are rolling, they haven't done all they can do.

Apparently the station is ending the show for the season. I read there were supposed to be 40 shows, but they're stopping with the 6 they have. I just hope they don't have a new show next year of Kate trying to cope with her brood or something like that.

Gosselin filed for divorce Monday in Montgomery County Court in Pennsylvania, saying in papers that her 10-year marriage is "irretrievably broken." The star of TLC's "Jon & Kate Plus 8" also says they have been unable to agree on dividing their assets.

The Gosselins had portrayed themselves as happy until the past few months, even renewing their wedding vows in Hawaii last year.

I've never seen the show, not one second.
Never even knew it was on.
But I'm sure as hell tired of hearing about it. It's on every news show from CNN to local news.
