It looks like a dish antenna to me.

That would be the Ku Band antenna. The thing you see sticking out the port side is the RMS. A "right-side-up" (well, top view) of roughly the same configuration is available here.

Nice picture. You can see more stuff if you blow up the picture. However, I doubt there will be a shot of them waving
