Burning my muffin

Recommended Posts

why is it that a fresh english muffin toasts quicker than an older one that is dryed out?

seems that the fresh one would first have to lose some of the moisture before it could toast

after the brits finish with the "sex" answers maybe we can have a serious discussion, I mean this is some important stuff to know
Give one city to the thugs so they can all live together. I vote for Chicago where they have strict gun laws.

This thread would have been much more interesting if a chick had started it.:|

What would she have used - a curling iron?:o

Like to help, but we don't have English muffins in England.

We just have muffins.

Next, you'll be telling us that the French don't have French Fries...:S

I saw "muffin" in the title and a thought popped into my head
Then I saw it was you posting and the thought vanished in a cloud of broken dreams.

But curiosity got the better of me and I opened it.

I was relieved to find that the post wasn't about your sitting on a stove.
My reality and yours are quite different.

So it does appear that the moisture of the muffin makes a difference. Not too wet but wet enough.

I'm not convinced. To me, toasting and moisture are mutually exclusive. Don't you have to dry something out to toast it? Hence your original question, of course.

Where's billvon? He's good at this science stuff, but your thread title probably hasn't exactly drawn him in. :D
