It only cost $36.10 to register my car or 72.20 for 2yrs. (yes, for two yrs)

I can watch the shuttle from my drive way.

I always say Winter is my favorite season. My Dad tells me that's because I've never lived anywhere that has a real winter. He predicts I'd last about 2 weeks in a northern climate. He's probably right.

-warm weather year round. Hot and balmy much of the time
-flip flops or bare feet as normal footwear
-what are long pants for?
-skydiving and living on the DZ in Z-Hills
-riding my Harleys in shorts and sneakers
-being less than one hour from a fantastic bunch of beaches

I could do without the daily rainshowers in the summer, but I LOVE the towering cumulous clouds that make for such fantastic wingsuit flights.

LAMO!!:D

In the winter months you have to get up so early to shovel the drive way so you can get your car out. Then you have to take a shower then you have to shovel again...Then all the tourist decide to get on the road and drive 2mph cause that is what they do. I swear you only sleep about 4 hours a night cause when you get back home you have to shovel the drive way just to get into the drive way. There is no parking on the roads between Oct-May and if you park your car to shovel and a cop drives by he gives you a ticket. The toper is after you get the drive way done the damn plow goes by and it is back in your drive way. But to have the lake within a 2 minute walk makes it all worth it..;)

Except when it's raining. Which is pretty much six months out of the year. :P

The snow is so pretty, you make it sound so ugly, Deedy!

I think I would get married just so I wouldn't have to do all that shoveling. :P

I love that it is miserably humid almost yr round.

Fixed it for you :)

Oh and your two year registration is $20 more than Oregon's and they have a 4 year option for $108 (yes, for four yrs ;))

The shuttle... yeah that's cool.

As for the beach... to each their own. I prefer secluded sandy coves surrounded with rocky cliffs and dark green foliage.

- The Florida Keys & Key West
- Bahia Honda State Park
- HOT Cuban men
- The awesome music that goes hand in hand with a trip to Miami Beach
- Florida clouds
- Sebastian and Z-Hills (>ox
- Hotties from Patrick AFB jumping at Sebastian :)
- The view from altitude at Sebastian
- Flip flops and sundresses
- Bikini tops and sarongs
- Aimlessly wandering around Key West with my camera
- Shark Key (I *will* buy a house there. It's one of my more ambitious goals!)
- Sunsets on Mallory Pier with a yummy boat drink
- It's a relatively short and inexpensive flight to GTFO New Jersey in the winter

Always be kinder than you feel.

Bumper to bumper traffic on I4, Bumper to bumper traffic on I95.
Setting my clock by the rain every day at 5.
Majority population that wont or cant speak english. Toll Roads that are way overpriced and 5 males apart.
The super high cost of living.
Tourists.
Oh yeah and I really like that I dont live there anymore, but I do miss the Ocean down south.

Having lived in all corners of the USA and some places in the middle, I pretty much love everything about Florida (especially my crib :)
All places have their up's and down's, Florida just has them in the sun. Barbeque on new years vice shoveling the car out is awesome by the way B| (Although DD, I do miss skiing in the Tahoe area, Mt. Rose was a 2nd home for a while)

Oh yea, 1/2 dozen DZ's w/in 2 hours drive is nice too. ;)
