JohnnyD 0 #11 July 28, 2009 Does anyone know what the physics of this are? I mean if you jumped off a 185 ft tall bridge the outcome would be bad at best. How can this be pulled off without injury?
iambeav2 0 #12 July 28, 2009 Kayak to brace the fall, and the surface tension of the water down below is constantly broken as opposed to the "concrete slam" of still water. He also didn't submerge but so far down due to the buoyancy of the kayak. My .02 bullshit worth. Sounds good though....it's not the fact that you don't appreciate what you have until it's gone...it's the fact that you don't appreciate what you have until someone appreciates it for you! fyreguy 0 #19 July 29, 2009 QuoteDoes anyone know what the physics of this are? I mean if you jumped off a 185 ft tall bridge the outcome would be bad at best. How can this be pulled off without injury? not that he never leaves the water, so the water itself slows his terminal velocity by supporting some of his weight, not to mention the fact that the rolling water at the bottom probably broke some of the fall like a landing ramp. Still, it seems like it would be hard to walk with 12 pound balls.
