nerdgirl 0 #1 August 11, 2009 Know that there are a bunch of gamers out there … Are there any games (Wii, Xbox, etc) that include biowarfare, bioterrorism, or biodefense scenarios? Anthrax attacks? Weaponized smallpox? Plague? Ebola? If so, which games are they? Thanks! /Marg ... who last played/owned an Atari 2600 Act as if everything you do matters, while laughing at yourself for thinking anything you do matters. quade 3 #2 August 11, 2009 One thing you might want to look into is a little "event" Blizzard entertainment put on in World of Warcraft called the "Scourge Invasion." It was set up sort of like a game of "zombie" where coming in contact would spread a "plague." The unintended consequence of the first attempt at this shut them down. The unintended consequence of the second attempt was that people would game the system and screw with other players just to be a-holes. I believe it's already had an article or two written about it and some government agency studied it in relation to say small pox being spread as a terrorist weapon.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver
Tokter 0 #3 August 11, 2009 There is this flash game called pandemic where you have to evolve a virus to wipe out mankind. The game is about balancing the aggressiveness of the virus. If you make it to aggressive then countries close the borders/airports etc and it does not spread. http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/448950 Can't think of anything on xbox, wii etc though... downwardspiral 0 #4 August 11, 2009 Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six series of games deals a lot with bioterrorism. Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield has bioterrorism as it's main plot. Mainly the Rainbow Six series deals with terrorism of all kinds. Other than that series the other games involving bioterrorism are likely zombie games.www.FourWheelerHB.com
