Psycho packing, want to learn more

OK, long time reader, first time poster, although I really should have posted before. My question is, if phycho packing hasn't died, where can I learn more about it? ie, The good, bad, the ugly, plus the how to's would be great. PM me if you wish.

I have always psycho packed, never had any problems what so ever. Although I don't have many jumps, every opening has been great - and I jump a Sabre!
I would have no idea they might spank you if I didn't see a "how do i stop my sabre spanking me" post every few weeks.
When I started I did have problems with off heading openings but I have since fixed that.
