warpedskydiver 0 #6 December 22, 2009 Cookies are easy to make, especially if you have a good mixer. The kitchen-aid pro we have beats the hell out of a hand held. I found it really easy to just dump all teh stuff in then just remember to not overmix it. If you like chocolate chip and macadamia try using cocoa powder added to the dough. All you need is 2Tbs cocoa powder to a double batch. Works well with all types of nuts. I don't use refined sugar, light brown sugar or at the very least raw sugar.
