andybr6 0 #1 May 14, 2005 I know everyone has their own packing methods but I have seen a lot of people tie the risers together [normaly with a pull up] when they are pro-packing. I have never done this but would like to know what the advantages [if any] are? sid 1 #3 May 14, 2005 It also prevents the risers spreading out and flipping over, it makes it a lot easier to check for step-throughs and continuity by having them equal and close. andybr6 0 #4 May 14, 2005 Thanks for all the advice. I have just finished the pack job and I tied the risers together, just before the Slinks and it worked great. The lines when stoed on the bag were much more even and neat. I guess I'll have to go and see if I have a nice deployment tomorrow.
