Wake up to an alarm set for 7:15... smack it and roll over, wait for 2nd at 7:30... smack it and roll back over. 3rd usually causes me to actually get my lazy ass up at 7:45 wipe crust out shower and toss on some scrubs. Pour a glass of milk and walk 10 mins to work. Then Coffee is a must, sometimes with cereal or a breakfast sandwich!
