Degrees and no jobs? Exactly...we have many friends in Moscow, and it's tough if ya wanna do things 'right'. One guy I know has an advanced degree in Architecture as well as what would equate to a Masters in engineering. He worked on Russia's moon base design program prior to Glasnost, I saw the designs and WOW! Now, to stay solvent he does whatever odd jobs he can find, his wife makes ends meet by being a translator for the US consulate so they are okay, without that he told me he'd be in the black market...just like everybody else he use to work with. ~ If you choke a Smurf, what color does it turn? ~
