do YOU know how to make a mayonnaise from scratch!?

so, last night i found myself with a huge craving for a tuna-sandwich; i did have canned tuna, but no mayonnaise..

thank god i know how to make it!

Honestly, I'd like to make a mayonnaise using olive oil one of these days. Sounds pretty good to me.

no need to get fancy!

but if you want a tuna-sandwich really bad, and have NO mayonnaise, it's a purrrdy trick to do! plus, it impresses most of the ladies.. B|

I like self made mayo in shrimp cocktails best. Tastes so much better then the ready made one.

I make a mean mayo for myself often adding fresh herbs or fresh ginger.

A great shame here in Spain is that it's illegal for me to use fresh egg yolk
in mayonnaise so for the restaurant I have to use milk, it's not the same though.
