Need Pioneer IR Codes...

My parents have finally moved back to Canada after being in Europe for a few years. So I am setting up my fathers theater system into his new home.
The problem I'm running into is that TV remote is a universal remote. Yet, there are no IR codes in the manual for a Pioneer D510 amp.

Does anyone know where I might be able to find a source for IR Codes?

The TV is a Samsung LA32R8 (PAL).
