Also, cheese cake which i have no idea why it is called a cake when it has a crust and is made in a pie tin and looks like a pie. Cakes are very different then pie and dammit cheese cake is a PIE!!

Yeah, my GF used to live in Florida so she is stuck up about it. I cringe everytime I see it on the menu cuz I know what will happen. This is the conversation last time we went to Trio:

GF: What color is your Key Lime Pie?
Waitress: Huh? It's green...
GF: Oh I see, nevermind then
Waitress: Oh it's OK though they don't use food coloring to make it that way it's naturally green the way they make it

Um, real key lime pie is not yellow or green. It is more of a very-light-green-tinted-off white.

I make boysenberry pies and lemon pies with fruit from our backyard. The lemon is definitely my favorite. Unless I'm getting hit in the face with it; then I prefer coconut creme.
