Happens to older folks all the time. Problem for them is, their hearts are so worn out that when they get really bradycardic, instead of speeding back up they just stop. The guy was in his bed, full rigor, but something was definitely off as the lividity and body position weren't right for someone that died in bed. Apparently he had vagaled himself down on the toilet. His friend found him obviously dead but moved him to the bedroom before he called because he was afraid of the embarrassment of everyone knowing what happened.
