Guinness drink recipies

So, im bored, drinking, and cruising DZ.com and I noticed out of all the alcohol.. erm, SKYDIVERS here noone has compiled a list of drink recipes especially those involving guinness! (at least i tried searching and came up with nothing) so here goes, ive tried most all of these and invented a few, at least to my knowledge that is


(all these recipies guinness is floated on the other ingredient unless specified)

BLACK AND TAN
1/2 pint guinness
1/2 pint bass ale


BLACK VELVET
1/2 guinness
1/2 champagne (or cider, usually woodcuck)

BLACK CASTLE
1/2 guinness
1/2 smithwicks

IRISH CAR BOMB
1 pint guinness
1/2 shot jamesons whiskey
1/2 shot bailes creme floated on whiskey
drop shot in pint, chug.

GUINNESS SHANDY (havent tried this one, yet)
1/2 guinness
1/2 lemonade

BLACK BASTARD(came up with this one)
1/2 guinness
1/2 arrogant bastard ale

DARK CHOCOLATE(invented this as well, cant rember the choc stout, lol))
1/2 guinness
1/2 chocolate stout

SOMETHING I JUST CAME UP WITH (needs a name)
1/2 guinness
1/2 dr pepper


this is just a tentative list, if yall have any other suggestions definately let me know!

I absolutely cannot stand Guinness. I had an Irish Car Bomb not too long ago and it just totally ruined my night!

Although, I cannot talk smack because I like Bud Light Lime

Some of the greatest accomplishments were done by people too stupid to know they were impossible.

Ingredients:

Bacon, cut into 1/2" peices
Beef stock
Bouquet garni
Carrots, sliced
Coarse salt
Dark brown sugar
Flour
Guiness beer
Lean stewing beef cubed 1-1/2
Onion chopped
Pepper
Red wine vinegar
Vegetable oil
White onions, peeled

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Dry the cubes of beef with paper towels.
Return the beef, along with its juices to the casserole.
Cover.
Bake 1-1/2-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the flour, cook for 2-3 min.- do not let the flour burn.
Heat oil in a heavy casserole which will fit into the oven and go on top of the stove, add the bacon.
Fry until browned, drain the bacon on paper towels.
Bring to a boil.
Add the chopped onions, brown lightly.
Brown in the bacon drippings, remove the beef.
Add the bacon, carrots, white onions, stock, guiness, sugar, vinegar, bouquet, salt & pepper.
Serve warm.

There you go. A variation on a theme.

yeah i dont see how people can d the same thing every single day, ya gotta have some variety in there!
