I thought "Drummer Boy" as sung by Perry Como was the best one. Very few can get it right. And yes, Bing and David botched it up.

I agree wholeheartedly with this poll.

I utterly despise the jingle-jingle crap.

However, I was at Camp Casablanca (a joint Austrian/Swiss/German base here in Kosovo) the other evening, and a six-piece brass band was playing Baroque style songs that were very nice, although I could not place the melody in any of them.

The also had a little Weinachtsmarkt, hot cider, and a few other traditional settings that were quite cheerful.

It's the hymns that I really like to hear the most...

My absolute least favorite is 'Simply Having a Wonderful Christmas Time' by Paul McCartney. That song absolutely drives me up the wall. I think what irritates me the most is the fact that IMO one of the best song writers/singers of our time would actually produce such a piece of shit.
