Basically, after weeks of hearing NOTHING on the job-hunting-front, I hauled my ass to recruitment agencies and forced them to tell me what I was doing wrong. Not only did they give me a bunch of great advice, the phone has been ringing off the hook ever since Yesterday I went to an interview for a great role - I think it went well, and am hoping to get a call for the second round of interviews.
