Take a dozen ugly ducklings; apply the extreme makeover teams; have a beauty pageant! Winning surgical teams get great publicity. Keep the contestants below a certain income level and claim it is a charity. Tax deductions galore! They would take as you said ho hum women but who had some serious trauma in their lives and who were deserving and would do just that. Over a period of 6 months they would get the Demi More treatment. Some came out the other end looking stunning! Others came out with a great boost of self esteem. You know I know they say it's all about what is on the inside that counts but we view ourselves via the mirror upon which others view us. And if you are viewed a given way by others over time that can erode one's self worth. In fact, a former Miss Brazil was very open about the 19 procedures she had in preparation for the competition. It may vary by competition. Articles I found suggested that it's pretty common and breast augmentation is the most common form.I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet.. You see more and more younger kids starting the transition which makes it far easier for them to transition. I think Kim Petras was the youngest person to start the hormone replacement treatments, which she started at 12 years old. She is some german pop star.
