Sleep direction. What do you know about it?

Recommended Posts

You are supposed to sleep on your right side with your head facing north and your knees facing east and your feet facing west.

I thought everyone knew that.

generally head towards north, but there could be "perturbating effects" like electric cables in/around the room, and also things like hills or mountains, rivers or lakes.. Generally I try to be with the flow going from head to feet.

Does it matter if your feet point toward the East, West, North, or South or should we just worry about the door and the windows for safety, and ease of use?

:D

No it doesn't. I did read that if it is cold in your room you are more likely to have a nightmares.

I seem to remember from my distant past that certain drugs helped immensely.

The problem was that you never knew which direction your head was pointing until you came to woke up.

nyone here ever done that?

I did that once, but I could never finish watching the video. I only ever got through about three minutes, then I had to go clean up.

Later, the FBI raided my computer. They couldn't figure out if the person in the video was underage or not [:/]
