I still have the Alabama Crimson Tide car window flag I got for free just for letting one of them come in.

Yeah, I heard that was the only way they could get rid of those things. :)

Actually, he had both an Alabama flag and an Auburn flag. Easy choice. :D

Oh and by the way, mark September 1st with dread. Alabama's coming to Dallas to kick some Wolverine ASS!

Dave, that was the first thing that went through my mind too. Whenever I see these sales people coming to my door I usually take all my clothes off and answer the door buck naked. It's amazing how much less people want to talk to you when your standing there with your junk swinging in the breeze.

I answer wearing pink lace panties & combat boots with a propeller beanie on my head, a .45 on a rope around my neck, 1/2 empty bottle of Jack Black in my hand with Frank Zappa's 'Titties & Beer' playing on the stereo...The latter day saints rarely even get a word out! :):$;)

and I sure didn't mind a bit of free cleaning with an impressive machine.

Well, he left, I went to work and my place was robbed >:(

Every thing was true except the part about being robbed :)

Pet peeve:

You can not "rob" a house. Robbery is theft plus assault or threat of assault. You are unable to threaten a house to then commit theft. It is a burglary.

I can rob you, I can rob a bank, I can burglarize your house and if the bank is closed with no one there, I can burglarize that as well.

Also, I'm glad that in your singular experience that your house wasn't burglarized. I can tell you from my personal professional experience that it does actually happen.

That date's been circled since 2010. :)
