For him it's a win-win. davjohns 1 #6 January 31, 2014 I love conspiracy theories. One of my favorites came out years ago after NASA blew back to back trips to Mars. One failed to answer back. The other missed the planet. They said they thought metric was standard and messed up the math. The conspiracy theorist called bullshit. He said nobody in the scientific community uses standard, so that is no excuse (besides, they used that same excuse when the Hubble wouldn't focus). And, the guys who did this really are rocket scientists. Therefore, he concluded, both missions were successful and found proof of life on Mars. The dumb excuses were just a coverup. Pretty good argument.I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet..
