Then Vinnie took the mike and said he was in love with her ten years ago, too, and regretted being such an idiot as to wait that long to ask her out. Vinnie was both hilarious and truly heartfelt. Rare is the fella that can pull that off. Oddly, tequila wasn't being served. So lots of people (17 by Vinnie's count) decided to buy him a shot. He actually thanked me for not being one of those people. Wedding itself was fewer than five minutes. Then off to drinks and food. The Anvil's navy buddies coordinated some truly beautiful weather. All in all, a great day and a couple of wonderful people. Congrats to Vinnie and Cora. And thank you for letting me share in it. Them them... My wife is hotter than your wife.
