Their new policy (not FAR or rule) is that anything that flies, even a paper plane or kids' balsawood glider, comes under their jurisdiction. We're Not Happy Until You're Not Happy.... What is your proposal for preventing collisions between full scale aircraft in the NAS and unmanned model aircraft especially given the proliferation of multirotor SUAS's?
