keithbar 1 #4 June 2, 2016 The local news is confirming a single fatality so it would seem that he wasn't able to eject successfully condolences to the family two separate incidents. That one was in Colorado. This just happened here in tennessee within the last hour or so. At the Smyrna airport. i have on occasion been accused of pulling low . My response.
