I am constantly adjusting my position in an attempt to slow down. lol DavidI know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet.. davjohns 1 #28 August 30, 2016 Thanks, Phil. I think the separation in them is actually better now. I wasn't on my game for that competition. I was taking advice from a trainer who was all about mass. I am going more for proportion. I changed up my diet and was able to cut a couple of percentage points on the bodyfat.
