Good Morning!

yes, yes, I know it'd 6:30pm....now.


I did it ....again,


Woke up, started the coffee pot and was asked,

Roomie: "What are you doing?"
Me: "???"
Roomie: "Why are you making coffee at night?"
Me: "?????...Oh shit...not AGAIN!"


So, Good Morning anyway.

My reality and yours are quite different.

NOTHING wrong with coffee at night!!!!! I drink coffee almost 24/7 but then I do have bad sleep habits too. hhhhmmm wonde if there is a connection??

I've found if I have caffeine after 2 pm, I have a much harder time getting to sleep that night. For whatever that's worth.

I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?

I've been caffeine-free since 1996.

I do miss it! Sometimes a lot. Especially Iced Tea in restaurants. I think I miss that even more than coffee in general.

Yep, It's been about 5 years since I had a cup of coffee, and that was decaf. I used to drink a pot and a half a day.

Believe it or not, coffee's just not worth it without the caffeine.

Believe it or not, coffee's just not worth it without the caffeine.

Oh hell, a pot and a half is nothing. I was up to almost 3 pots in a 24 period. Yes, all by myself. But,then had some strange test results and the Dr. made me cut back to under 2 pots a day. which I manage. but, crud to give it up completely?? eeeeeekkk
