mircan 0 #6501 April 21, 2010 Quote Aren't that typical????? NICE weather and they close the airspace It was even worse, they closed sky in strips, going from north to south. DZ that I jump now was 20km inside no-fly zone. We figured to go more south to another DZ where flying was still allowed, but until we could get there, they would close that area also. And they completely reopened sky just as weekend was over... It is even better that all of that was mostly precaution, there was no real danger, just: "Look! The other countries are doing it, so must we..." This jumping season, for now, is completely and utterly disastrous... And, I`m learning how not to worry about it.dudeist skydiver #

During the last 3 seasons I've been on the board in our club we've been wresteling with selling one aircraft, general economic shit and then getting a replacement aircraft... I've learned the hard way of how not to worry..... The alternative would have been a major ulcer Now we've got this C206 rental that we're going to operate for about 2 years during the economy sanitation periode..... shropshire 0 #6503 April 21, 2010 Yeap, it's the Offa's Dyke path - looking forward to it too. Good luck with the Boxer - they can be a bit 'scatty'. There was one at our first dog training class (years ago) - beautiful, friendly dog but hard to train... very will-full. We would like another Springer but will see what's available at the Shelter.
