One thing is for sure... If you see this, you'll know it's not Promise5's or OldwomanC6's vehicle. :P

There is no way in hell I'd leave an unsupervised snake alone in the car.
You just know he would find a way to lace himself into all the wiring up under the dash which would require major disassembly to get him out.

While we're talking about snakes... I fished this little baby copper head out of the neighbor's pool next to where I work. It had been floating on top of the water enjoying a sun bath. Used a hoe to gently lower in the water and position it directly under the snake, then slowly lifted it right out of the water. And it didn't move much at all.

But man, they need to clean out the damn pool. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. B| I also noticed a snapping turtle with a shell about a foot in diameter on the bottom step in the pool that fled into the deep end when I got close.

Edited to add pic

Billy Vance, your my fucking HERO! ;)

It’s also a little personal with me.

An 8-ft boa was captured 5 feet from my garage right next to where my kids play. My daughters were 3 & 5 at the time. Perfect snack size. The snake was a lost pet named Pedro. He had been lost for two weeks and was three blocks from his keeper’s house. I was out of town when it happened otherwise...whack ‘em.

Hopefully the “pet” in the article below is captured soon.

I'll echo the sentiment from Billy and Joe, "WE" are 100% on board with the python problem, THEY ALL NEED TO GO. In case you haven't figured it out, I champion ALL animals with reptiles high on that list. That being said I would personally kill any and all pythons i happen upon in FL.
The moral of the story is: There are FAR too many uneducated people(no name calling) who think its appropriate OR justified in killing snakes(native species)... End of rant.
