Gators1240 9 #1 September 4, 2010 Ok so before you get to the rest of this post I dont want you to think i am over confident or conceded or anything like that I am just curious. I did my level 6 AFF jump today and at the end went to get a debrief to see what I needed to improve and was told "see you tomorrow for level 7, everything looked perfect". Has that ever happened to anyone? I mean I felt great about every aspect of the jump and thought it went perfect but I also have a tendency to think things went better then they actually did. absane 0 #2 September 4, 2010 Congratulations on passing 6. Now, did your instructor seems like he was in a hurry? How were your other jumps? What did you have to improve on from those? I got advice on every AFF jump except 7. Before then, I was reminded about altitude awareness, my legs, etc, my canopy flares, etc. But AFF 7 was, at least as far as my instructor was concerned, perfect. I guess lots of sleep and mental rehearsal paid off. That doesn't mean I didn't get advice later on by coaches and all.Don't forget to pull!
Gators1240 9 #3 September 4, 2010 Thanks. My it her jumps were good and I only really need little adjustments (my exits weren't "bad" but needed a little work) and it her than that I just needed to relax more.
Hvance 0 #4 September 17, 2010 Exact same thing happened on my level 5. Would have liked a bit more feedback, but it's all good there. I wish Google Maps had an "Avoid Ghetto" routing option.
