Yesterday I went to scout some local antennas
and found a representation of lady justice in an
unexpected location.

You got yourself an antenna superintendant who is too cheap to buy plywood and snaked a piece of a lawyer's old sign.

That's just good stuff. Bet for a 6-pack he'd sit on his tailgate and video ya.

If I got caught I'd just say I thought it was the statue of liberty, signifying the freedom the people of the USA enjoy... :D

Do I see another A in the backround? Ones that close together are usually AM, in my experience. Definitely looks like a warning though.

Based on who owns these antennas, there is
definitely FM, TV, and weather, not sure about AM
but due to the numerous guidewires and power lines
it does not matter because I am not jumping any of
them.

Before getting laid off I spent some time compiling a
spreadsheet with potential local objects based on data
from the antenna website and Google Earth.

Now that I have free time I am visiting each antenna
to the find the best one to open. Not only is it a fun
way to kill time I think it is a good exercise to scout
the objects, evaluate landing areas, think about the
required winds for a safe exit, etc.
