Yes you did . . . ;)

SabreDave is our winner!

PM me your shipping address. The log book will ship from Apex Perris on Monday . . .

BTW, for those with Goggle Earth and Broadband take a look at the "other" side of Half Dome. Like the dark side of the moon it's seldom seen, but man, it looks as if you could skateboard right off!

And by a nose too - look at the post times between yours and the next message down.

I'd call it a tie, but I said first post wins . . .

I believe Frank Gambalie jumped the other side of Half Dome.

I've climbed the other side of that rock, and unless I'm really mistaken, it'd be slider down at best.

Your probably right. It was the back side of well known and frequently jumped cliff in Yosemite though.

If so, I vote we forever call it Gambalie's Wall . . .

I think he said it was the back side of El Cap. From my conversation with him, he classified that cliff jump as the most beautiful he had done in the U.S.

I have no idea. I have never been to Yosemite, but it's on my life list. My memory must be fading. I do recall that he said he jumped a wall on the other side of a popular Yosemite spot. He said it was incredibly beautiful and maybe a little dicey.

Buya, smackdown!

Don't worry Michael. Dave's at my place as we speak. I'm getting him a shovel to get the sand out of his vagina, and then tomorrow morning I'll make him flick Teddy Bear's Picnic.

Sweet...
