Hey I'll be arriving in Norway (SVG) on June 16th at 4:45PM this summer - Just wondering if there's anyone out there who is arriving around this time and wouldn't mind splitting the cab/hotel to/in stavanger the night...

Don't know if you have the ability to change your arrival time into Stavanger but if you get there approx 2hours earlier you could make the fast ferry from Lauvik at 4:45 and avoid the hotel stay.
Just a thought. There'll be at least 3 of us doing just that. No fast ferry on Saturday either. Just the slow one.

Wish I could... options are really limited now though, as flights are really booked up & expensive! I don't think it's a possibility to change my flight, as I took the one with all the restrictions. I plan to get some shopping done that evening anyhow. And I took the slow ferry last year... so no worries. C-ya in Lysebotn :)

No worries. Might want to just take the bus from the airport to downtown. It's pretty direct and will save money. Then it's about a 5min walk to the Havly Hotel.
